JUDGING

1993 Katie became a USDF L Graduate with Distinction. In 2016 she was accepted into the USEF 'r' Dressage Judges program and passed in January 2020, becoming a USEF Licensed Official. Katie is now available for judging sanctioned Dressage shows and events.

She takes great pride in judging accurately and fairly, always attempting to give the competitor constructive comments that encourage riders to better their future rides.
Katie Judges schooling dressage shows and events, as well as USEA combined tests.

Ride-critique-rides offer riders a chance to ride their dressage test, then get feedback from Katie on how to improve their test, then ride the test again followed by a final assessment on what was improved in the second ride and what else can be done to polish their dressage test.

CLINICS

Whatever discipline your farm or organization hosts, clinics are customized to each individual horse/riders needs,  bringing tools and techniques that give the rider material that they can build on long after the clinic is over.  The basis of all clinics are structured around creating correct balance and lightness with out tension and resistance.

COACHING

For regular students or for those seeking guidance at an event or show, Katie will assist in developing a safe and encouraging environment to give you the tools and strategy to help you gain your showing goals.
